Friendly, no pressure to accept recommendedation that had a financial costs. I was surprised there was not a follow up call after the purchase. Also recommend a short demonstration on key functions within the vehicle. Example, I was driving on Saturday morning and couldn't figure out how to turn down the air conditioner fan. Guess I should have tried out before I left home.

Vehicle delivery was not as I've experienced from other dealerships. "Here's your keys see ya later" / No offer to go through the options, electronics, etc. I had to take the plates off of my trade Salesman was too busy watching an online auction to deliver the 86K vehicle correctly. Vehicle has many cosmetic blemishes that were not addressed at delivery - photos have been sent to salesman I am now waiting on copies of payoff documents to take care of this payment that was made Communication has been very poor through all this - I have purchased 20+ GM vehicles in my life and this has been by far the worst experience ever. Still dealing with previous loan payoff and have been charged an additional payment that should not have - was a week between payoff and payment due date. I have dealt thus far with Shannon Winkler & John Zenson I want to return this vehicle and purchase elsewhere

It would have been nice if the detail department would have done their job I spent 3 hours detailing truck when home supervisor should inspect vehicle before customer delivery. My first, complimentary oil change was completed on 06/05/2025. Later that evening, i observed oil dripping on my like new garage floor. I returned to the dealership the following morning to explain the situation; the car was taken back to the shop upon where it was discovered the gasket for the oil plug was not installed, hence the leak. The rating given above reflects taking time out of my schedule to have this situation resolved. No other explanation was given, nor was any other " future " oil changes offered and/or discounts for the inconvenience. I purchased this 2025 Chevy Equinox in December 2024 for my spouse, traded in a perfectly good and sound Ford product as I was looking to make a change and to have local services right here in my hometown. Consequently, a future trade for a new truck may be in jeopardy over the recent oil change situation.

The def gauge wasn't working correctly. The service tech figured out that it was not calibrated correctly. He recalibrated the gauge and it works fine for now. I really wasn't expecting to get it fixed that day. But they did a great job.

After 10 days on the toad, the key fob wouldn't start the car. Got it to the dealership where 2 faulty sensors needed replaced, at a cost of $250! Why was this not found BEFORE I purchased the car and why am I on the hook for the cost? And then, I was told that the key fob was defective and I'd have to pay for a new one. I like the car, the service, so far, is questionable.

Had scheduled oil and filter change, tire rotation, and replacing (tire pressure monitors per warranty). All was done in a timely fashion EXCEPT, changing out the tire monitors. Without consulting me, the tech decided he was not going to do that because I was close to needing new tires. I informed the service rep I was not buying tires from the dealership. The truck had to go back into shop wasting time. Normally happy with service. Not Friday.

Our sales women was amazing although she was trying to work several clients at one and satisfie every one needs she also had another customer show up unexpected and ask them politely to give her a few the lady replied with of course and would kinda tell her what she was looking for then the sales women went on to try and finish up what she was doing it was one of the hottest days and the women was sweating and out of breath trying to get everything done it really wasn’t that long when the lady said she had to come back tomorrow everything was fine when the manager decided to call her in to the office with the door open and reprimand her where all the customers could hear I didn’t agree with this and wondering if I’d ever do my business there again because of this situation I work in an office siting and have never had any like this happen to me my boss is a firm believer that you should never discredit someone in front of others so that the rest of the team or trainees are open to thinking down on them or questioning their ability

Everything went smoothly. Service desk was very helpful making appointment and helping me with using our GM rewards points to pay for the service that was done. Service department should have cleaned the seat and floor of the vehicle after they were finished. I had just cleaned the truck. I understand the work they do that they get dirty. But have a little pride to return the vehicle the way you found it!

Drop off the evening before was good, no issues. Front office employee was still there trying to close up well after closing time but took the time to stop and speak with me. Oil change finished promptly, received courtesy call for completion. No charge on this service, previous service resulted in oil leak ( missing gasket on oil plug ) . Local dealership agreed to additional oil changes at no charge, this was much appreciated. I have and still recommend friends and family to visit this dealership based upon their commitment to customer service and selection of a very large new and used inventory that has impacted our local community on some many levels.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience that has gone on for 14 months. The staff, Autumn Kat were very kind people. However, this last service they had my vehicle for almost 5 weeks, and I don’t feel that they were making attempts to figure out what the problem was. The service manager Trey made promises after I contacted him that he was not able to keep. I could not recommend your dealership to anyone. I unfortunately went to your dealership based on a recommendation from a friend that has always been loyal to Jim Butler. Once I reached Alex the general manager, I felt like my concerns or being taken seriously. Unfortunately, it should not come to that. We will see if they were able to resolve the problem with my vehicle.

I really love my new (leased) car! I was almost home when I realized that the gas tank was nearly on empty. Isn't it customary to fill the gas tank? My salesman was "corrected" in front of me by another employee in a demeaning way. I complained about it at the dealership. Hopefully that won't happen any more. Even though I didn't get a full tank of gas (significant expense to me), it's not necessary to demean anybody in front of clients/customers.

The girls that check you in always greet you with a warm welcome and we're very polite. The mechanics are very professional. I like the idea that they give you a paper with everything that they checked extra other than what you brought your car in for. I would not go to any other place to have my car serviced even though I did not buy it from them. I would recommend Jim Butler Chevrolet dealership to anyone if they're looking for a good car and good service.

Not happy at all! I had called a week in advance & asked if they could replace my thermostat with my oil & tire rotation since it was gonna be there due to my heat not working properly...just for them to tell me they were down 2 techs & I had to schedule another appointment to take my car & they may or may not fix it then if they have parts if not will have to bring it back a third time.. this is not good customer service at all to have to come back 3 different times potentially. So will see if how this friday goes?Because I really hope I don't have to bring it back for a third time.Because then I will have to take off work as I was told that it would be a three week plus wait for a loaner car on top of being charged for that.So I really hope this can get fixed because I am not impressed at all with the service that I have received or what i've been told.

Poor service and poor communication. I called last week to schedule an oil change and confirmed the appointment three separate times with the service advisor. When I arrived at the dealership on the confirmed date and time, I was told my appointment was actually earlier that day. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I expect better communication I’ve worked as a service advisor in the past, and this level of disorganization is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this dealership, which shows a pattern rather than a one-off mistake. Based on repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this dealership
