A Message To Our Jim Butler Family

Thank you for being the greatest customers in the world. Eighteen months of a pandemic and now a global chip shortage and you continue to be right here by our side. We appreciate you! We want to make sure we are prepared to serve you in the best way possible. We will all have to work together to make sure that your buying, selling or service experiences are flawless.

Because of the global chip shortage we have experienced inventory shortages for new, pre-owned and our service courtesy fleet vehicles. While many dealers around the country are raising the price of vehicles above MSRP because of high demand and low supply, you have our commitment that we will not do that do you. We want a long term relationship so we are committing to you that we will not increase the price of new vehicles above MSRP and will continue to pay top dollar for your trade-in (this does not include the new Corvette - sorry!).

What may be of more impact to you as a customer is the new rental shortage challenge in our service department. Currently we only have less than 25% of our rental fleet, so there is a good chance that there will not be a rental vehicle available for you during your service visit. Please plan accordingly. Drop-offs and shuttles will be a must for the next 4 months. We will increase our shuttle program and work with you to make sure your experience is smooth and uneventful.
